This is my first year of being a freshman at Willow Glen high school. My honors biology teacher, Mr. Bursch, assigned his students to complete a project benefiting the environment. This project is known as the Ecology Service Learning Project, or ESLP for short. I choose to do a bench because I like doing projects with my day. I had a fun experience building it and I learned a lot. I learned how to make a pocket hole using pocket hole jig, how to use tools (screwdriver, table saw, etc.), how long paint dries, there are different types of paints, and lastly building a bench was so much fun. This will be completed by Halloween 2017.
I filled in all the pocket hole holes and went out to buy the stain,paint,and finisher. Also filled in holes with putty.
